You will receive a very detailed Excel takeoff. Our template includes unit prices for Labor, Materials, Equipment, as well as Subcontractor. We have found that this is a much more beneficial way of breaking out unit prices which will allow for greater analytics and greater accuracy in pricing. This template deviates from the standard template you will typically see from other takeoff services. As a general contractor who has actually utilized third-party takeoffs, I can confidently say that this format is much more beneficial and user-friendly.
Planswift
You will receive a copy of the entire Planswift file which will contain a well-organized Estimating tab broken out by Division & SubDivision.
Marked-Up PDF Drawings
We export our entire Planswift takeoff and provide you with clean and helpful marked-up PDF files showing all of our takeoffs. The legends on these drawings will avoid "shorthand" We will provide labels that would be clear and understandable to anyone who may view the document.
