Send the project drawings, specifications, etc. to estimating@trinitytakeoffs.com and define the scope of work you would like us to include as well as your timeline.  Example, do you want the entire project broken out, or would you only need the Architectural drawings?  Perhaps you only need the concrete drawings reviewed?  Whatever your specific needs are, please let us know and we will accommodate you.

Within 24 hours, we will review all of the provided documents and determine what we believe will be a fair cost to perform the work required.  We will send you our quote via email.

Should you agree to our pricing and decide to move forward, we will email you an invoice for half of the agreed upon amount.  The final invoice will be sent upon successful completion of the agreed upon work.  

Our pricing will depend upon the level of detail you require.  Are you looking to order materials based upon our takeoff, or are you still in the square foot, linear foot, phase of the pricing?  Please let us know what you require.  

Most takeoff services charge per page/drawing.  We do the same - however, with one major difference.  Not all pages are equal.  Not all pages require the same amount of work.  Title pages, table of content pages, etc. will not be weighed the same as a floor plan, or an elevation for example.  We believe that this makes our pricing more fair for the customer.  

Expediated takeoffs require additional resources and therefore incurs additional costs.  Again, we guarantee our pricing will be fair and we believe we will earn your trust via our accuracy, timeliness, and honesty.
